A 20-minute screening call
We check that an assessment is the right thing and that we are the right people to do it. Free, and you get a straight answer.

The assessment
Two to three sessions depending on the pathway, scheduled around how you actually function rather than what is convenient for us.

Report and follow-up
A written report, then a session to go through it — what it says, what it means, and what to do with it.
Questions
Everything people ask before booking.
Do I need to have struggled at school to be assessed?
No. That expectation keeps a lot of people undiagnosed for decades — particularly anyone who was academically capable, or whose difficulties were read as anxiety or attitude. We assess what is happening now and reconstruct the developmental picture with you, without requiring paperwork nobody kept.
What do I actually get at the end?
A written diagnostic report you keep. It is written to be usable: clear enough to hand an employer for accommodations, specific enough for a prescriber, readable enough to give a family member. You also get a session to go through it, rather than a PDF and silence.
Is the assessment going to be exhausting?
It is long, and we try not to make it worse than it needs to be. Sessions can be split across days, cameras can stay off for the online portions, you can have the questions in writing beforehand, and the rooms are set up with lighting and sound in mind. Tell us what helps and we will arrange it.
Do you take insurance?
We are out of network. Pricing for every pathway is published on the assessments page rather than quoted after a call, because having to book a consultation to find out the cost is its own kind of barrier. We provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
Can you prescribe medication?
No — we are psychologists, not prescribers. What we can do is produce the assessment and the report a prescribing clinician needs, and point you toward prescribers locally who work with adults.
