You are not disorganised. You have been running unsupported hardware.

Why people choose us

The parts most practices leave vague.

A report written to be used

Specific enough for a prescriber, clear enough to hand an employer for accommodations, readable enough to give a family member. Most reports fail at least one of those tests.

  • Yours to keep and share
  • Plain-language summary at the front
  • A session to go through it, included

The assessment adapts to you

Split sessions, cameras off, questions in writing beforehand, lighting and sound you can change. Ask for what helps — nobody here will treat it as a special request.

No school reports required

Doing well as a child is not evidence against ADHD or autism, and we do not ask you to produce paperwork nobody kept.

We say when it is not us

If the screening call suggests an assessment is not the right next step, we will tell you on that call and point you somewhere more useful. It happens often enough to be worth promising.

How it works

Four steps, and the first two are free.

01

Send a message

A short form, not a phone call. If you would rather talk, the number is there — but nothing here requires it.

02

A 20-minute screening call

We check that an assessment is the right thing and that we are the right people to do it. Free, and you get a straight answer.

03

The assessment

Two to three sessions depending on the pathway, scheduled around how you actually function rather than what is convenient for us.

04

Report and follow-up

A written report, then a session to go through it — what it says, what it means, and what to do with it.

Questions

Answered plainly.

Do I need to have struggled at school to be assessed?

No. That expectation keeps a lot of people undiagnosed for decades — particularly anyone who was academically capable, or whose difficulties were read as anxiety or attitude. We assess what is happening now and reconstruct the developmental picture with you, without requiring paperwork nobody kept.

What do I actually get at the end?

A written diagnostic report you keep. It is written to be usable: clear enough to hand an employer for accommodations, specific enough for a prescriber, readable enough to give a family member. You also get a session to go through it, rather than a PDF and silence.

Is the assessment going to be exhausting?

It is long, and we try not to make it worse than it needs to be. Sessions can be split across days, cameras can stay off for the online portions, you can have the questions in writing beforehand, and the rooms are set up with lighting and sound in mind. Tell us what helps and we will arrange it.

"But You Did Fine at School"

Academic success is treated as evidence against ADHD and autism. It is not, and that assumption is why so many adults get assessed decades late.

What a Diagnosis Does and Does Not Fix

An honest account of what changes after an adult assessment — including the deflating part nobody mentions in the first week.
